  Leuchtendes Rubin; nach Heublumen, dann saftige süße Frucht, vor allem Brombeere; Geschmeidiger Ansatz, breitet sich im Verlauf kontinuierlich aus, viel süße Frucht im Finale ein wenig Lakritze. 90.
  Bright ruby red; a bouquet of hay, followed by sweet, juicy fruit, above all blackberry; it has a soft start, then opens out and finishes with very sweet fruit and undertones of liquorice. 90
  
  
• Prunaio 1997 - Viticcio
  Sattes Rubin-Violett; leckere, dichte Frucht, Brombeere und Cassis, ein Hauch Schkolade; satte süße Frucht im Ansatz, ruhiger Verlauf, ausgewogen, im Finale noch etwas Holzüberhang, der sich mit Lagerung aber gut einbinden sollte. 88.
  A full, intense ruby red; powerful fruit, particularly blackberry and blackcurrant, and a slightly chocolatey aroma. Ripe, sweet fruit on the palate, with a gradual, harmonious development and a pronounced woody finish, which should become harmonious with ageing. 88

  Sattes, leuchtendes Rubin; feinwürzige Nase, auch erdige Noten, Pflaumen; sehr viel saftige, reife Frucht, gut eingebundene Tannine, könnte im Finale etwas mehr Druck haben. 86.
  Bright and intense ruby red colour; a fine nose including earthy and plumy notes; juicy, mature fruit, with well-structured tannins, though the finish could be more powerful. 86

  Dichtes Rubin-Violett; saftige dunkle Johannisbeerfrucht, etwas Minze; feiner Ansatz, geschmeidig, mittleres Gewicht, im Finale saftige Kirschfrucht. 85.
  Ruby red with a dense violet hue; juicy dark currants and a touch of mint; delicate, soft start and a sweet cherry finish. 85
