Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva

Fattoria Viticcio’s extra virgin olive oil is obtained from Frantoio, Maraiolo and Leccino varietals. The olives are pressed on the same day as they are harvested; the subsequent centrifugal extraction carried out at a very low temperature (the classic Chianti "a freddo" method) results in an oil with a fine, tasty, pleasantly bitterish flavour and golden colour with a rich, intense green hue. It has a very fruity fragrance.
