Greppicaia - Bolgheri Rosso Superiore DOC

Grape varietals: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc.
Alcool: 13,5% vol.
Vinification: alcoholic fermantation and maceration on skins takes place in stainless steel vats for around 30 days at a controlled temperature of 28C. Malolatic fermentation follows in small french and american barriques.
Ageing: the wines are aged for 18 months in French and American barriques for six additional maturation in bottle.
Color: a deep intense red, brillant in color
Aromas : very intense, elegant and fine aromas with notes of mature fruit and spices, complimented by a toastiness.
Palate: This is a powerful, full bodiéd wine, but at the same time it is seductive and smooth. Flavors of berry fruit with abundant tannins, which follow through to a long Persistant finish accentèd by dried figs and notes of chocolate.
Combinations: furred game, seasoned cheese
Greppicante Bolgheri Rosso DOC

Grape varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc.
Alcool: 13% vol.
Vinification: fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temparature of 28C. At the end of fermantation, maceration follows immediately for a period of 15 to 18 days at a temperature of àroùnd 25C. Malolatic fermentation take place in wood where the wine ìs àlso aged.
Ageing : the wines are aged for 10 months in barriques and then 3 months in bottle.
Color: a concentrated brillant red.
Aromas: elegant and complex aromas of flowers, plum fruit, Blackberry and blueberry, in addition thère intriguing of notes of forest floor ùndertones.
Palate: full-bodiéd, yet sòft àt the same time. With ample àeratiòn, the finish ìs very clean and long.
Combinations: Tuscan appetizers, first courses with meat sauce, Florentine t-bone steak
